Elka Harabin has been practicing yoga since the late 90’s and began formal study in 2005. She’s gone on to study with internationally recognized teachers, including Doug Keller and Robin Rothenberg. Exploring everything from somatic movement to yin, from working in the Iyengar tradition (RYT 500 ), to exploring functional movement and the therapeutic benefits of Viniyoga, Elka became an IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist in 2017. While her focus has turned towards therapeutic applications of yoga, what has stayed the same is her fascination with the possibilities of yoga to change, to remake and to heal.
